Goods arrived promptly and were well packed.

Goods arrived promptly and were well packed. Started loosing bristles as soon as I took it out of the jiffy bag. It does the job for polishing shoes, but is continuing to loose bristles. I can't see it lasting - but then, you get what you pay for. Consequently, I'll be buying the replacement in person rather than over the internet next time so I can make sure I am getting a quality item before handing over my cash.
